By creating a Jetspool account, accessing the Jetspool API, or using any part of the Service (as defined below), you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Jetspool LLC, the operator of Jetspool ("Jetspool," "we," "us," or "our").
Jetspool is a cloud-hosted Universal Print API that provides AI-powered job intake, intelligent device routing, connector management, and real-time event streaming for print production environments ("Service"). The Service is offered under the plans described at jetspool.com/#pricing and as otherwise agreed in an Order Form.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may grant access to your Jetspool tenant to authorized employees, contractors, or service accounts ("Users"). You are responsible for each User's compliance with these Terms.
API keys are credentials tied to a specific tenant. Do not share keys across tenants, embed them in public source code repositories, or expose them to unauthorized parties. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from the Admin panel and notify us.
Your plan defines monthly job limits and connector counts. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access that exceeds plan limits, places unreasonable load on the infrastructure, or is used in a way inconsistent with these Terms. Limits apply per tenant on a rolling 30-day basis.
We provide a Swagger UI and OpenAPI 3.1 specification as the authoritative API reference. We may add new optional fields or endpoints (non-breaking changes) without notice. Breaking changes will be communicated at least 60 days in advance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Jetspool's AI job intake and routing features produce recommendations and probability scores, not guaranteed decisions. AI-selected routing candidates, extracted job fields, and confidence scores are informational outputs to assist your production team. You retain full responsibility for reviewing, approving, and acting on any AI-generated recommendation before committing a job to production.
Deterministic hard vetoes (e.g., substrate out of device envelope, device offline) are applied before AI scoring and are not subject to override by AI confidence. These constraints are designed to prevent physically impossible job assignments. You should validate these constraint configurations when registering devices.
We make no warranty that AI routing recommendations, confidence scores, or natural-language extraction results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular job. You are solely responsible for verifying extracted job data before approving intents.
We may update the underlying AI models used by the Service at any time to improve performance. Model changes are not considered breaking changes under these Terms.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein or required by applicable law.
Trial accounts are provided at no charge for the period specified on the pricing page. At the end of the trial, the Service will be suspended unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
If your usage exceeds plan limits, we will notify you. We may charge overage fees or suspend API access until the next billing cycle. Overage rates are available at checkout or on request.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect up to three times over seven days. If payment is not received, your account may be downgraded or suspended. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Admin panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
The Service, including all software, schemas, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Jetspool LLC and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Each party may have access to the other's confidential information in connection with these Terms. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for three years.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JETSPOOL OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jetspool and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) Customer Data you submit to the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription from the Admin panel.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 5 business days of notice; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) you engage in fraudulent or abusive activity; or (d) continued operation poses a security risk to the Service or other customers.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination, during which you may request an export. After 90 days, your data will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account before the effective date.
